- Huge infrastructure projects - created tons of jobs and in return to pay back debt collected income tax's
- Side effect - large infrastructure that will help with business and trade
- Building of the Interstates, Hoover Dam ect.
- Over 100 workers died in the building of the Hoover dam. Legend says some are still in the cement of the dam
